We removed the old flat garage roof and installed new firring strips to create the correct fall for drainage. The roof was then fully boarded with 18mm OSB3 SmartPly and finished with a high-quality Elevate EPDM rubber roofing system.

• Full warm roof build-up

Specification includes:
