green oak porches, hand made and traditionally built and all framing joints are draw doweled meaning that when the tapered peg is inserted the joint is pulled in tight , using the nature of green oak to our advantage.

As you can see from the photos , we build all our frames in the workshop first to ensure that what we send out is 100%.
