One roof, 16 solar panels and a home getting ready to take greater control of its energy.

We’ve made a solid start on this domestic Solar PV Installation in Aylesbury, with the first stage of the project now complete. We’ll be back tomorrow to finish the remaining work and bring everything together.

Here’s what we’re installing for this homeowner:

☀️ 16 solar panels to generate electricity from daylight
⚡ 8kW Sigenergy inverter to manage the system
🔋 10kWh Sigenergy battery to store energy for later use

The combination of solar generation and battery storage gives the homeowner more flexibility over how they use electricity. Rather than relying entirely on the grid when solar production drops, stored energy can help meet household demand later in the day, potentially reducing the amount of electricity bought from the grid.

There’s still a little more to do before we can call this one finished, so we’ll share the completed setup once we’re back on site tomorrow. 👀

Although Aylesbury is just over the border in Buckinghamshire, we regularly work across the surrounding area as well as Oxfordshire, helping homeowners find the right balance between solar generation, battery capacity and everyday electricity use.

If you’re researching Solar Panels in Oxfordshire or looking for experienced Solar Installers around Aylesbury, Abingdon, Bicester or Didcot, Capital Solar can help you understand what’s suitable for your property.

⚡ A smarter home energy setup starts with planning for how you’ll use electricity — not just how you’ll generate it.

We’ve been working on a domestic installation in Brightwell, Oxfordshire, bringing together Sigenergy battery technology and EV charging in one home energy upgrade.

Here’s what’s going in:

🔋 10kWh Sigenergy battery storage
⚡ 6kW Sigenergy inverter
🚗 Hypervolt EV charger

Although this project doesn’t include solar panels at this stage, the battery and inverter form part of a setup designed around the homeowner’s energy needs, with EV charging included in the plan.

Battery storage can help households make better use of electricity by storing energy for use at different times, while a dedicated EV charger provides a convenient way to charge an electric vehicle at home.

We didn’t quite get everything wrapped up today, so we’re heading back to Brightwell tomorrow morning to finish the remaining work. Keep an eye out for the completed installation! 👀

At Capital Solar, we provide more than just Solar Panel Installation in Oxfordshire. From Solar Battery Storage and inverter upgrades to EV charging solutions, we help homeowners explore practical options for managing their energy at home.

⚡ From a finished roof to a complete home energy system.

Yesterday, we left this Cholsey project with the roof work complete. Today, the final pieces have gone in — bringing the solar and battery system together.

This installation includes:

☀️ 8 x 540W solar panels – 4.32kW of solar generation
🔋 10kWh Sigenergy battery storage
⚡ 6kW Sigenergy inverter

The real benefit of a system like this isn’t simply generating electricity during the day. It’s about being able to make better use of the energy your home produces — storing surplus solar rather than automatically sending it away, then using that stored energy when it’s needed.

For this homeowner, we’ve created a compact system that makes good use of the available roof space while adding a substantial amount of battery storage.

It’s another great example of why every Solar PV Installation needs to be designed around the property, the roof and the way the household actually uses energy.

From Cholsey and Wallingford through to Didcot, Abingdon and the wider Oxfordshire area, we carry out Solar Panel Installation, Solar Battery Storage and complete Solar PV systems designed around the individual home.

If you’re considering Solar Panels in Oxfordshire but aren’t sure what size system or battery you actually need, we’d be happy to take a look.

🏡 The roof is done. Tomorrow, we bring the energy system to life. ☀️🔋

We’ve been busy in Cholsey, Oxfordshire, where we’re part-way through a new domestic solar and battery installation.

Today’s stage has seen the roof work completed, with:

☀️ 8 × 540W solar panels
⚡ 6kW Sigenergy inverter
🔋 10kWh Sigenergy battery

That’s 4.32kW of solar generation going onto the property, with the battery providing additional storage for surplus electricity.

The panels are now in place, but we’re not quite calling this one finished yet.

Tomorrow we’ll be back at the Cholsey property to complete the inverter and battery installation, bringing the electrical side of the system together.

Once commissioned, the homeowner will be able to generate their own Solar Energy during daylight hours and store surplus electricity for use later.

It’s a relatively compact system, but that’s exactly the point — solar isn’t about fitting the biggest possible system to every property. It’s about designing something that makes sense for the home, the available roof space and the household’s energy requirements.

This is another Solar PV Installation we’ve carried out locally as we continue helping homeowners across Oxfordshire make better use of Renewable Energy.

🔋 20kWh of battery storage changes the way a home can use solar.

This latest project in Banbury, Oxfordshire combines a substantial solar array with a large Sigenergy battery system, giving the homeowner a much greater ability to capture and use their own renewable electricity.

The finished system includes:

☀️ 20 × 540W solar panels
⚡ 10kW Sigenergy inverter
🔋 20kWh Sigenergy battery

That’s 10.8kW of solar generation paired with 20kWh of battery storage.

Why does that matter?

Solar generation and household electricity demand don’t always happen at the same time. The sun might be producing plenty of energy during the afternoon, while the biggest household demand comes later in the day.

The battery gives this Banbury home somewhere to put that surplus energy, allowing more of their own Solar Energy to be available when it’s actually needed.

It’s a great example of how Solar PV Installation and Solar Battery Storage can work together as one complete energy system.

Rather than simply generating electricity and sending excess power away, the homeowner has significantly more flexibility over how their renewable energy is used.

And with a 10kW Sigenergy inverter and 10.8kW of panels, there’s plenty of generation capacity behind the system too.

At Capital Solar, we design every installation around the property and the household using it. There isn’t a single system that works perfectly for every home.

☀️ A roof with a serious amount of solar potential — now put to work.

This Didcot home has just had its new solar and battery system completed, with a substantial 27-panel array paired with high-capacity Sigenergy equipment.

The finished setup includes:

27 solar panels
12kW Sigenergy inverter
10kWh Sigenergy battery

With 27 panels generating electricity from daylight, the property has the potential to produce a significant amount of its own Solar Energy throughout the year.

The 10kWh battery then gives the homeowner another option: instead of using every unit of solar electricity immediately, surplus generation can be stored and used when it’s more useful — including during the evening when the panels aren’t producing.

That’s the real attraction of combining Solar PV Installation with Solar Battery Storage.

You’re not simply generating renewable electricity. You’re creating more opportunities to use that electricity within your own home.

The 12kW Sigenergy inverter sits at the centre of the system, helping manage the flow of energy between the panels, battery and property.

For this Didcot homeowner, it’s a significant step towards greater energy independence and making better use of the Renewable Energy available right above their heads.

From the initial design through to installation, we always aim to build systems around the individual property rather than working from a standard package.

✅ And that’s a wrap in Abingdon!

Yesterday we shared the first stage of this project — today, we’re pleased to say the job is officially complete. ☀️🔋

After returning to the property to finish the second stage, this Abingdon solar and battery installation is now fully up and running.

The finished system includes:

☀️ 26 solar panels
⚡ 8kW Sigenergy inverter
🔋 10kWh Sigenergy battery

The aim is simple: help the homeowner generate more of their own electricity, store surplus Solar Energy and reduce their reliance on electricity from the grid.

The battery is an important part of that equation. Rather than limiting solar generation to what the house needs at the exact moment the sun is shining, surplus energy can be stored and used later when household demand increases.

It’s a great example of how modern Solar PV Installation can be about much more than panels on a roof.

With the right combination of generation and Solar Battery Storage, homeowners can take greater control over how and when they use their electricity — while making better use of the renewable energy their property produces.

And because every home is different, that’s where good system design matters.

This project was designed specifically around the property and the homeowner’s requirements, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

👀 This Abingdon solar project isn’t finished yet… but it’s already starting to look the part.

We’ve just wrapped up stage one of a new domestic solar and battery installation here in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, with the final stage scheduled to be completed tomorrow.

So far, we’ve installed:

☀️ 26 solar panels
⚡ 8kW Sigenergy inverter
🔋 10kWh Sigenergy battery

Once the second stage is completed, the homeowner will have a complete system designed to generate and store their own Solar Energy — helping them reduce the amount of electricity they need to take from the grid.

The 26-panel array gives the property plenty of generation potential, while the 10kWh battery provides additional flexibility by allowing surplus energy to be stored rather than simply going unused.

We always think the most important part of a Solar PV Installation happens before the panels ever reach the roof: understanding the property, how the household uses electricity and what the customer wants the system to achieve.

That’s what allows us to build something around the home rather than forcing every customer into the same package.

Tomorrow we’ll be back in Abingdon to complete the second stage and bring the project over the line. 🔧☀️

It’s another local example of how Solar Battery Storage can work alongside solar generation to help homeowners make better use of their own renewable electricity.

☀️ 28 panels now have a new job: helping this Brackley home make more of its own electricity.

We’ve recently completed this domestic Solar PV Installation in Brackley, with a sizeable rooftop array paired with Sigenergy technology.

The finished system includes:

⚡ 28 solar panels
🔋 10kWh Sigenergy battery
🔌 8kW Sigenergy inverter

With a larger panel array like this, there’s plenty of opportunity to generate useful Solar Energy during daylight hours. The 10kWh battery then provides a place to store surplus generation for use later, helping the homeowner get more value from the electricity their own roof produces.

For us, that’s where a well-designed solar system becomes much more than simply adding panels.

The aim is to create an energy setup that works around the household — producing Renewable Energy, storing it when appropriate and reducing the property’s dependence on electricity from the grid.

The Sigenergy system also gives the homeowner a modern platform that can adapt as their energy requirements change in the future.

Every property is different, which is why we don’t believe in simply recommending the same system to everyone. Roof space, household consumption and future plans all play a part in getting the design right.

Although this project is in Brackley, we regularly carry out solar and battery installations throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding area.

☀️ Eight panels can make a surprisingly big difference when they’re part of a properly planned system.

We’ve recently completed this solar and battery installation in Didcot, helping another local homeowner take greater control of the electricity they use at home.

The system includes 8 solar panels alongside battery storage, giving the property the ability to generate electricity during daylight hours and store surplus energy for later.

That second part is important.

Without storage, some of the electricity generated while you’re out at work or when household demand is low may not be used when it’s produced. With Solar Battery Storage, more of that home-generated energy can be kept for when it’s actually needed.

For this Didcot property, the goal isn’t simply to have solar panels on the roof. It’s about making the available space work efficiently and increasing the amount of Solar Energy the household can use for itself.

It’s another example of why we don’t believe every home needs the same solar solution.

Some properties have plenty of roof space. Others don’t. Some households use most of their electricity during the day, while others need more energy in the evening.

A good Solar PV Installation should take all of that into account.

At Capital Solar, we design and install systems across Didcot and Oxfordshire, including solar panels, battery storage and complete renewable energy solutions.
