Love how good this extension still looks!

MHA Client wanted a more contemporary design when extending his red-brick new build property; this was achieved with an asymmetric design combined with a more contemporary doorway, utilising the same aluminium as the roof and a dark floor tile for the threshold.

The windows produce a really nice light throughout the day.

Built using Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) the extension was kept lightweight, whilst meeting the Building Regs for Thermal Performance.

Love how good this extension still looks, especially with the timber cladding aging so nicely.

MHA Client wanted a more contemporary design when extending his red-brick new build property; this was achieved with an asymmetric design combined with vertical timber cladding, aluminium roof and a tall/slim window in the gable end.

Built using Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) the extension was kept lightweight, whilst meeting the Building Regs for Thermal Performance.

Very proud of this house renovation and extension project. Large conservatory has been replaced by a new single storey extension to provide a kitchen/living/dining room, with home office/sitting room to the side, both with incredible views of the garden and landscape beyond.

A new centralised porch, more spacious entrance hall and shower room were made possible by flipping the stair, making better use of the ground floor and first floor areas. The bedrooms and family bathroom also gained space with the change to the stair.

Wonderful to visit another completed project in the sunshine today. The client chose some fantastic finishes and the builder did a great job completing it all.

Fantastic news to end the week! Planning Permission has been granted for a bungalow uplift extension and attached annex to our client's home, which sits within the Greenbelt and opposite a Nature Reserve.

Positive conversations with the Planning Officer led to some changes to the roof form during the application process; the essence of the design was maintained whilst keeping the proposed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor.

Following on from the wine cellar, we're taking a look at the amazing new bathroom which replaced the client's home office/spare bedroom. The large window was swapped out with two feature windows either side of the towel rail.

When the bath arrived on site we realised it would be quite heavy when filled; thankfully the structural engineers, SWJ Consulting, were quick to calculate and confirm the existing floor was strong enough to support it.
