Catalina Architecture + Design Ltd were appointed by the National Trust to consult on the conservation redecoration and repair work of the external elevations of the Grade I listed John Nash villa and service courtyard ranges at Llanerchaeron. This project was delivered without adversely affecting the daily routine of the property which remained open throughout the works.

Good luck to Glyn (our co-director) and all the riders representing Clwb Rygbi Aberystwyth who have just begun their epic relay challenge of riding 555 miles in 48 hours raising money for MND Association as part of the Doddie 555 ride from Cardiff to Edinburgh.

Recently completed is Phase 2 of this project to transform a brick-built 1990s bungalow into a bespoke sea view residence overlooking Cardigan Bay. It has been a pleasure working with our client and we are delighted that the finished project has achieved the desired outcome. Main Contractor: Williams & Thomas, Lampeter.
