🔥 RANGE COOKER / GAS- OIL BOILER CUSTOMER WANTED FRASERBURGH AREA 🔥

I’m currently working towards becoming part of the GOMCS (Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps) association, and as part of my assessment I’m looking for a suitable customer in the Fraserburgh area who would be happy to have their appliance/flue swept.

I’m particularly looking for someone with:

🔥 Aga or Rayburn cooker/stove
🔥 Gas boiler with a flue requiring sweeping
🔥 Oil boiler with a flue requiring sweeping

This would be a great opportunity to get your flue checked and swept while also helping me complete an important part of my assessment.

📍 Fraserburgh and surrounding areas preferred.

If you have one of the above appliances and think you could help, or know someone who might, please send me a message or comment below.

Shares would be hugely appreciated! 🙏

Thanks very much for your support. 🧹🔥

Unfortunately had to issue warning notice to one of my customers this morning, as rear horizontal flue outlet blank had deteriorated so badly it came off, along with the flue pipe coming off from the stove and combustible material being used in closure plate 🫣.

Finished off the morning sweeping a nice Termatech free standing stove.🔥🧹

Had a few bonnie stoves / chimneys cleaned today, my last customer told me that every time he was trying to light the fire that smoke kept coming into the room.
So ran camera up chimney to find there was a birds nest 🫣
Removed nest, re ran camera to double check flue was clear and swept chimney clean.

This afternoon carried out a sweep of a multi-fuel stove and chimney for a customer who had never had the appliance/chimney swept before.

After completing the sweep, also carried out a camera inspection of the flue to check its condition internally and make sure there were no obvious issues that could be missed during a standard visual inspection. 🔍📹

It’s always worth knowing what’s going on inside your chimney — especially when it hasn’t been swept or inspected previously.

✅ Multi-fuel stove swept
✅ Chimney/flue thoroughly cleaned
✅ Camera inspection carried out afterwards
✅ Customer given peace of mind

A space has become available on Friday 21st August if anyone in Fraserburgh area would like a sweep 🧹 🔥

📢 Looking for an AGA or Rayburn customer 📢

I’m looking for a customer with an oil- or gas-fired AGA or Rayburn cooker who is due to have their flue/chimney swept.

I’m currently completing my assessment to become a member of GOMCS and need to carry out a supervised sweep on an AGA or Rayburn appliance as part of the process, Ideally I’m looking for someone who lives in Fraserburgh area.

If you have one, or know someone who does, I’d really appreciate it if you could get in touch or tag them in the comments.

Thank you for your help and support!

Moved into a new property? / unsure if your chimney is safe to use?

This customer just moved into the property and was unsure if his open fire was safe to use, on first sweep loads of soot and deposits was found, to be sure we a ran camera up flue to find there was plenty more deposits to be removed.

This image is what came down on the second sweep with a more aggressive brush.
