✅ Walls sealed with Zinsser Gardz
✅ Damaged areas repaired and lightly skimmed
✅ Ceilings finished with 2 coats of Tikkurila AR2
✅ Walls finished with 2 coats of Tikkurila Optiva 5
✅ Woodwork finished with 2 coats of Scuff-X for a tough, durable finish

Another job put right after peeling paint caused by poor preparation 👌

We fixed the problem walls, removed all the failed paint, and sealed everything properly with the right primer.

Now the room has been fully skimmed, taped, and all ceilings prepped — ready for sanding and painting 🎨

⚠️ This is what happens when new plaster isn’t sealed properly with the right primer before decorating.

After stripping the walls, the paint and coating peeled straight off because the fresh plaster wasn’t prepared correctly.

We’ve now removed all the failed coating, sealed the plaster with the correct primer, and got everything ready for a solid, long-lasting finish 👌

Each tray was acid washed to remove contaminants and create the correct surface for paint — without this step, coatings simply won’t last on galvanized steel.
