We completed a full upgrade of the residents’ bar area, transforming an outdated space into a fresh, modern social area for residents to enjoy!

Works included:
• Removal and disposal of the existing bar area
• Plumbing alterations for the new layout
• Installation of a brand-new bar area
• New flooring throughout
• Formation of a new storage cupboard with new doorway and joinery works
• Finishing works including plastering, framing, and decorating
