White fascia ,soffits and black rainwater goods replacing the old weathered and rotten timber fascia and soffits.

Recent Bathroom installation completed a few weeks ago
This one was stripped back to the bare bones due to walls and floor being off 30mm and 40mm and corrected with new floor joists and partitions.

Febo tiled effect wet wall panels installed along with 1.600 walk in shower tray and Quickstep vynil flooring

Old block work repointed and retained for featuristic purposes
