Looking to hire an Office Manager/Administrator for a growing plumbing/construction company based in the Aberdare area

Job Details…
•5 days a week
•20 hours a week - flexible working hours to accommodate school runs etc.
•Based in Robertstown, Aberdare

Requirements…
•Administration skills are essential
•Knowledge of the industry is preferred.. but will be provided on the job
•Excellent IT skills
•Good customer service - interacting with a range of people
•Able to work alone as well as part of a team

Job Role…
•Assisting directors/managers with everyday jobs and paper work
•Answering all incoming phone calls and directing people as necessary
•Working with our external accountants to manage payroll
•Issuing and receiving invoices
• Maintaining records and filing documents on and offline
•Placing orders for materials
•Assisting with keeping up to date with companies social media platforms
•Assisting with Business Networking and company development
