Some jobs recently completed , have had a busy few weeks so havnt uploaded much. A external being done while scaffolding was up for roofing repairs, a bedroom for a long term customer in having coving up and fresh paint all round. Some more lime chanels going in and a patio uplift along with a trench and drainage pipe in to get water flowing away then patio relayed properly on a full bed of cement. Lots of work still coming in and apologies to any customers iv been to see amd not got back too. Recently starting a new job as a lecture in a college has taken up fair bit of my time.

Mixture of jobs today after being rained off recently, managed to get them both in on a dry(ish) day. A long term customer of mine having some water coming in around a window and lots of out of use cables so a reroute and tidy up of the cables, some cement work and resealed around the window. New waterproof box in place inane the cables get used in the future, fingers crossed it stops the water or atleast reduces the amount coming in. And onto a nice summer house on my own which went up lovely, very happy customer can now decorate Inside to enjoy it 👍

5th day in Penllyn today for The Veteran Building Company Ltd The Veteran Survey Company The Welsh Handyman Company . In the one bedroom new skirting along with some coving repair work and full redecoration, and in the other bedroom old coving removed so the ceiling could be plastered by a member of the team. Then its back for me to put new plaster coving up, new skirting going on tomorrow but had a good day today getting the ceiling sealed and 2 coats on the ceiling, 2 coats on the coving then caulked and filled for another coat of paint later this week. Walls being painted and filled ready for touch ups and cutting in but first a good day tomorrow to fit new skirting, knotting solution and primer. Filled and caulked before leaving to dry overnight 🙌 lots of knowledge and technical work within these 2 rooms but nothing that cant be done 👌

A quick appreciation post to all my customers past, present and future to say a massive thankyou for all the work and kind words to others about myself and quality of work throughout the years iv been trading. For those iv been and done work for in the past few years you may remember I have been attending college to gain the qualification i need to become a lecturer and yesterday I had a interview and offered a job lecturing part time for a college within RCT from September onwards. Therefore my availability moving forwards from September will be much less as I will be splitting my time between The Veteran Building Company Ltd The Veteran Survey Company The Welsh Handyman Company who have been supporting me over the past few years aswell as my own customers. I will continue trading and works will be undertaken by myself or a valued member of my team . Thankyou again to all my customers who have helped me build my reputation and portfolio along the way. Onwards and upwards to my new career sharing my knowledge within the construction industry 👍
