SIX SHORTLISTED ENTRIES ACROSS FIVE CATEGORIES!

I’m absolutely delighted to share that Nice Touch Tiling has been shortlisted in five categories at the Tilers Community Awards 2026—with two separate projects selected for Best Natural Stone Project.

The shortlisted entries are:

▪️ Best Commercial Project
▪️ Best Kitchen Project
▪️ Best Natural Stone Project — Gower limestone floor
▪️ Best Natural Stone Project — bespoke Lusso marble WC
▪️ Tiler of the Year
▪️ Large Format Job of the Year

After leaving the Army following more than 20 years of service, I entered the tiling industry and started building a completely new career. Five years later, seeing my name and work shortlisted six times alongside so many talented people in the trade is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Every project represents a different side of what I enjoy about tiling—from large-format porcelain and natural stone to intricate fabrication, creative design and commercial installations. I’ve never wanted to limit myself to one particular style; I love taking on the full spectrum of projects and leaving a recognisable “Nice Touch” wherever I can.

A huge thank you to all my customers who have trusted me in their homes and businesses, particularly those who have allowed me the creative freedom to try something different. Thank you also to everyone who has supported, trained, advised and encouraged me throughout the past five years.

I’d be extremely grateful for your support in the public vote. I’ll add the voting links in the comments below.

Thank you!

Simon
