Top tip if you manage make out to harvest this month , just make sure to cut at base leaving the roots in tact.🤙

Hand picked and known to many as a common w**d.
This is a highly medicinal plant containing lots of nutrients and cures many illnesses.

Top tip don't pick the mature heads as they tend be more fibrous & sour.
Pick the young fresh ones as there softer n sweeter.💚
