Jardin d’arbres côtiers or 'tree garden on the coast' is our vacation home in Lower Normandy France. Located directly on the coast just north of D-Day beach Utah beach, it’s a quiet family home built originally using the reparation money allotted to the original owners after WW II . The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (two doubles one king), a shower room with toilet, a kitchen á dining room, a toilet

and a huge outdoor deck leading to the garden/dunes and sea. The second floor is reached by climbing a spiral staircase a later addition to the house which opens into a large loft area broken into three sections: a tv/ sitting area (with an extra sofa bed), a sitting area which opens onto a small balcony with a wood burning stove and 4th bedroom area. Opposite the street side there is a field where cows and horses are the only traffic you will see. The other side of the house is the La Manche, the English Channel.
