Really enjoyed doing this fireplace for a client 😊
Used some reclaimed briquettes for that nice old-school texture and history, and they go so well with the limestone hearth – the rough look of the briquettes against the softer stone tones just works perfectly.
Pointed and rendered with lime mortar like it should be, then finished with a reclaimed surround. All eco-friendly and full of character.
