Following in 2024, MBL installed the 7L Cabin in the gardens of in 2025

Made of bricks, ropes and steel, the cabin became a quiet place for resting, reading and afternoon naps throughout the summer of 2025.
It has now been dismantled to make way for pavilion. The elements recovered from its deconstruction — ropes and bricks that did not return to building sites — have been reused by the school as materials for the construction of furniture for the 2026 edition.

The pavilion is now waiting to be assembled somewhere else, ready to welcome new bricks and stone tied onto its structure.

Cette opération s’inscrit dans la restructuration du site historique de Belgrand–Saint-Fargeau (Paris XXe), menée par la en partenariat avec , conciliant modernisation industrielle, production de logements mixtes et ambition environnementale. Sur un site longtemps tourné vers l’infrastructure, l’opération Belgrand Saint-Fargeau engage une reconquête fait émerger un morceau de ville habitable.

Le bâtiment Belgrand occupe une position de proue sur la place Édith Piaf, à la rencontre des axes Belgrand et Pelleport. Il affirme la géométrie triangulaire du site tout en s’ouvrant sur le grand paysage. Sa forme effilée est mise en valeur par une façade régulière et verticale, travaillée par une modénature striée dont les légères saillies renforcent la lecture du volume. Réalisé en brique de réemploi, l’immeuble s’inscrit dans la continuité des immeubles faubouriens du quartier. En rez-de-chaussée, un local résidentiel et une cellule commerciale contribuent à l’animation de la future placette en pied d’immeuble.

We have won the international consultation .archi for the transformation of the Saige neighborhood in Pessac, France, together with and .

The renovation of Tower 8 reinterprets the work of architect Jean Dubuisson by revealing its structure and composition. The project is structured around two key interventions.

The first consists in carving out the interior of the tower to create an open, tempered vertical street that brings together housing, activities, and shared spaces.
The second is a multipurpose ground-floor hall, designed to accommodate a wide range of uses and to connect the neighborhood with the city center and the university campus.

The transformation of the “grands ensembles” — large-scale post-war social housing heritage — is conceived as an evolutionary, participatory, and gradual process. Rather than a tabula rasa approach, the project builds on existing resources, favoring phased rehabilitation, structural reuse, temporary uses, and the progressive opening of ground floors to new programs.
