We are working at Kossin tila at Huittinen. Loving the short drive to work. 😊
We have been putting up some walls (aka pinkopahvitus/spännpapp/strech paper) , clearing and cleaning walls and Martin has also nailed some siding.
On this bit you can see quite a change from the log wall to a finnished wallpapered surface.

Ever struggled with getting a smooth surface on certain woods when hand planing? It's all about how you set up your hand plane. There is more to it than this, but this right here is 90% of it.
