Wondering about delivery times? The delivery time for an e-house with a wooden frame is around 8 weeks. For steel-framed buildings, it’s approximately 16 weeks.

Need a faster solution? Choosing a standard model with a wooden frame can sometimes shorten the delivery time even further – helping you save both time and money.

The e-house can be built in wood, steel, or concrete depending on the fire resistance needed. For higher fire requirements, we typically recommend steel or concrete.

Smooth and efficient delivery – from start to finish

No need to worry about transport or installation – we handle the entire process. Our e-houses are usually delivered on a flatbed trailer and lifted directly into place using a crane. For larger buildings or sites with limited access, we deliver the e-house in modular sections that are assembled on-site.

We always adapt to the conditions of your project to ensure delivery is as efficient as possible.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Juha Kalliokulju’s as MD, effective January 1, 2026. He brings broad expertise in the construction industry as he steps into the role.

According to Kalliokulju, Esari is currently at an exciting stage of market development. In his new role, Kalliokulju will initially focus on deepening his understanding of customers and the market, before working to expand the product range for new customer segments.
