Before joining the Digital Skilling Project implemented by DOT Ethiopia in partnership with Nokia and Ethio telecom, he relied mainly on walk-in customers to grow his bookstore business.
Today, he uses Google Maps to connect customers to his new location and has built a TikTok community of 6,000+ followers, expanding his reach and growing his business through digital tools.
