👉በግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ስኬጁል (Project Schedule) ሲዘጋጅ፣ Critical Path Method (CPM) ምንድነው?

⭐️Critical Path ምንድነው?

⏺Critical Path ማለት ፕሮጀክቱ በተወሰነው ጊዜ እንዲጠናቀቅ መዘግየት የማይፈቀድባቸው ተከታታይ ሥራዎች መንገድ ነው።

⏺ማለትም፣ በዚህ መስመር ላይ ካለ አንድ ሥራ 1 ቀን ቢዘገይ፣ መላው ፕሮጀክትም 1 ቀን ይዘገያል።

🗂ለምሳሌ፦

Excavation – 5 ቀን
Foundation – 7 ቀን
Column – 5 ቀን
Beam – 4 ቀን
Slab – 6 ቀን

🏛እነዚህ ሁሉ አንዱ ከሌላው በኋላ ብቻ የሚሠሩ ከሆነ፣ ይህ ሙሉ መንገድ Critical Path ይሆናል።

👇በCPM ውስጥ የሚጠቀሙ የግንኙነት (Relationship) ዓይነቶች

1. Finish to Start (FS) – በጣም የተለመደ መንገድ ነው ።

፨የመጀመሪያው ሥራ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከጨረሰ በኋላ ቀጣዩ ይጀምራል።

ለምሳሌ፦Excavation ከጨረሰ በኋላ Foundation ይጀምራል።

2. Start to Start (SS)

፨ሁለተኛው ሥራ የሚጀምረው የመጀመሪያው ሥራ ከጀመረ በኋላ ነው፤ ግን የመጀመሪያው መጨረስ አይጠበቅም።

ለምሳሌ፦የቧንቧ ሥራና የኤሌክትሪክ ሥራ አንድ ጊዜ ሊጀምሩ ይችላሉ።

3. Finish to Finish (FF)፨ሁለቱ ሥራዎች በአንድ ጊዜ ወይም ተያይዘው እንዲጨርሱ ይደረጋል።
ለምሳሌ፦፨Painting እና Final Cleaning ተያይዘው ሊጠናቀቁ ይችላሉ።

4. Start to Finish (SF)፨
ይህ በጣም አልፎ አልፎ የሚጠቀም ግንኙነት ነው።
ሁለተኛው ሥራ መጨረስ የሚችለው የመጀመሪያው ሥራ ከጀመረ በኋላ ነው።

ለምሳሌ፦የሌሊት ጠባቂ ሥራውን የሚጨርሰው የቀን ጠባቂው ሥራውን ሲጀምር ነው።
Lead እና Lag Lag = መጠበቂያ ጊዜ

ለምሳሌ፣ ኮንክሪት ከተፈሰሰ 7 ቀን በኋላ Formwork ይወርዳል። (FS +7) = ሥራን ቀድሞ መጀመር

ለምሳሌ፣ የቀደመው ሥራ ሳያልቅ 2 ቀን ቀድሞ ቀጣዩ ይጀምራል። (FS -2)

👉Float (Slack) ምንድነው? Float ማለት አንድ ሥራ ፕሮጀክቱን ሳያዘገይ ሊዘገይ የሚችለው ጊዜ ነው።

Critical Path ላይ ያሉ ሥራዎች Float = 0 ናቸው።
ሌሎች ሥራዎች 2፣ 5 ወይም 10 ቀን Float ሊኖራቸው ይችላል።

⏺ይህ ሁሉ የተከታታይ ሥራ ከሆነ፣ የፕሮጀክቱ Critical Path ይሆናል።

🌟አስፈላጊ ምክር፦በእውነተኛ ፕሮጀክቶች ውስጥ ሁሉም ሥራዎች Finish-to-Start (FS) ብቻ አይሆኑም።

🏗️ DRY VOLUME FACTOR = 1.54 — ካልተሰጠን እንዴት እናሰላለን?

በConcrete Quantity Estimation ላይ ብዙ ጊዜ፦

Wet Volume = 1.00 m³

ሲባል፣ Cement + Sand + Aggregate ለማስላት Dry Volume ≈ 1.54 m³ እንጠቀማለን።

ግን ጥያቄው፦
👉 1.54 ከተሰጠን ብቻ ነው የምንጠቀመው?
👉 ለምን 1.54?
👉 ካልተሰጠን እንዴት እናሰላለን?

🔹 1. የDry Volume መሠረታዊ ሀሳብ

Fresh concrete ውስጥ Cement, Sand, Coarse Aggregate እና Water ሲቀላቀሉ፣ በመካከላቸው ያሉ voids ይሞላሉ።

ስለዚህ የDry Ingredients volume ከFinal Wet Concrete volume ይበልጣል።

በተለመደ የsite estimation ላይ፦

Dry Volume ≈ Wet Volume × 1.54

ለምሳሌ፦

Wet Concrete = 10 m³

Dry Volume:

10 × 1.54 = 15.40 m³

🔹 2. ግን 1.54 የተፈጥሮ ቋሚ ቁጥር አይደለም!

ይህን በተለይ አስታውሱ።

1.54 = practical estimation factor እንጂ ለሁሉም concrete mix በሁሉም ሁኔታ የሚሰራ universal constant አይደለም።

የሚለያዩት፦

• Aggregate grading
• Shape and size of aggregate
• Sand grading
• Moisture content
• Compaction
• Mix proportion
• Batching method
• Construction practice

🔹 3. 1.54 ካልተሰጠን?

በትክክለኛ የQuantity Estimation ስራ፣ በግምት 1.54 መውሰድ ከመቻል ይልቅ የProject Specification / Standard Method of Measurement / Mix Design መመሪያን መከተል ይገባል።

ነገር ግን ለpreliminary estimation ከሆነ፣ የdry-volume factor በተገቢው መሠረት ሊወሰን ይችላል።

አንድ ቀላል የconceptual approach፦

Dry Volume Factor = Dry ingredients volume ÷ Wet concrete volume

ለምሳሌ፦

Dry ingredients volume = 1.54 m³
Wet concrete volume = 1.00 m³

ስለዚህ፦

Factor = 1.54 / 1.00 = 1.54

⚠️ ENGINEER’S WARNING

❌ “Concrete ሁሉ 1.54 ነው” ብሎ መሸምደድ ትክክል አይደለም።

✅ 1.54 የestimation shortcut ነው።

በBOQ preparation ላይ የተፈቀደውን method/standard ይመልከቱ።

በactual mix design ላይ ደግሞ የaggregate bulk volume፣ moisture correction፣ density/specific gravity እና required yield እንዲሁም የmix design procedure መሠረት ያድርጉ።

🧮 QUICK EXAMPLE

Required concrete = 5 m³

Using preliminary factor 1.54:

Dry Volume = 5 × 1.54

👉 = 7.70 m³

ከዚያ 1:2:4 mix ብንወስድ፦

Total proportion:

1 + 2 + 4 = 7

Cement volume:

7.70 × 1/7 = 1.10 m³

Sand:

7.70 × 2/7 = 2.20 m³

Aggregate:

7.70 × 4/7 = 4.40 m³

⚠️ ይህ illustrative quantity-estimation example ነው፤ ለstructural concrete final mix design በቀጥታ አይጠቀሙበት።

Don’t memorize 1.54. Understand where it comes from, when it is appropriate, and when it must be replaced by an approved calculation/mix-design procedure.
