What if a house didn’t simply sit in the
landscape, but became part of it?

In John Lautner’s architecture,
boundaries begin to disappear. Roofs
extend into the horizon, interiors open to
the landscape, and the site becomes
part of the experience of the house.

It is this way of thinking that catches our
eye.

A way of seeing that still feels remarkably
relevant today.
