A simple refresh can make a huge difference.

For this project, we restored and painted the planter walls, refreshed the porch area and gave the whole outdoor space a clean, bright new look.

The planters were fully cleared and de-weeded, an anti-weed membrane was installed, and decorative white stones were added to create a low-maintenance, modern finish.

The fresh white paint combined with the new stone borders has completely transformed the space, making it look cleaner, brighter and more inviting.

A great transformation on this property after serious water ingress caused major interior damage.

The building work was carried out via Berkeley Property Group, including waterproof membranes, French drains, new windows and balcony re-tiling to improve water run-off.

We then came in to restore the interior — repairing and making good everything affected by the damage, leaving the property fresh, clean and fully renewed.

Excellent job all round and a fantastic result.

Restoring a water-damaged spiral staircase.

The wooden treads were carefully prepared, sanded, filled, sanded again and primed to bring them back to a solid base. The staircase was then finished with two coats of oil-based matt paint for a durable, clean finish.

The worst damaged treads were removed and restored off-site before being refitted.

Another staircase brought back to life.

Another ceiling repaired after the torrential rain Spain has been experiencing over the last month and a half.

This ceiling had water damage, so the repair required a full preparation process to restore it properly.

We scraped the ceiling back to a solid base, sanded it down, applied Peel Stop, then two coats of filler. After that the entire ceiling was sanded using a drywall sander, any imperfections were touched up with filler, and finally the ceiling was rolled twice to achieve a smooth, clean finish.

A lot of work, but the result is a ceiling back to perfect condition.
