Vivienda Norte Madrid
Habitar la serenidad: no es una cuestión de metros, sino de cómo se organizan, se recorren y se viven.
En i-bau architects planteamos la planta baja como una secuencia de espacios abiertos vinculados al jardín, la piscina y las zonas exteriores. Las estancias comunes se abren al exterior, con ventilación e iluminación natural y una conexión interior-exterior que cambia con la luz, la hora y la estación.
En planta primera, organizamos las estancias privadas. Los dormitorios aprovechan la luz natural y mantienen la calma que define toda la vivienda. Desde arriba, la cubierta ajardinada con vegetación tipo Sedum transforma la cubierta en una nueva superficie verde, visible desde los dormitorios de planta alta.
La vivienda se organiza así como una transición natural entre lo compartido y lo íntimo, entre el jardín y las estancias privadas.

Northern Madrid Residence
Living in serenity: it is not a matter of square metres, but of how they are organised, experienced and lived in.
At i-bau architects, we conceived the ground floor as a sequence of open spaces connected to the garden, swimming pool and outdoor areas. The communal spaces open onto the exterior, with natural ventilation and daylight, creating an indoor-outdoor connection that changes with the light, the time of day and the season.
On the first floor, we organised the private spaces. The bedrooms make the most of natural light while preserving the sense of calm that defines the entire home. From above, the landscaped roof, planted with Sedum vegetation, transforms the roof into a new green surface, visible from the upper-floor bedrooms.
The house is thus organised as a natural transition between shared and intimate spaces, between the garden and the private rooms.
