📍 Marbella ☀️

These outdoor wall coping tiles were heavily stained and covered with dirt, algae and weather marks.

A good deep clean brought them back to life and made a big difference to the whole terrace. 🧙🏻‍♂️

📍 Marbesa ☀️

The irrigation system was causing water to build up next to the basement wall, so I had to remove it and stop the irrigation in this area.

Concrete base and new matching tiles installed. 👌🏻

Another job done! 💪🏻🏠

Another terrace renovation done. 🔨

📍 Torrox Pueblo☀️

The apartment was getting water in, so I had to sort this out.

New tiles on the floor and walls. 👌 🫰🏻🧙🏻‍♂️

Another roof repair done. 🔧

📍 La Cala de Mijas, close to the coast

The roof was leaking, so I replaced 45 damaged roof tiles.

That same evening, there was a big storm, so the roof got tested straight away. 🌧️💨

And it didn’t leak. 🤞🏻

Before spraying, the whole apartment was carefully protected and masked.
