It starts with the stone.

Take Tallahassee, for example. This blend uses Red Marble in two different sizes: 2–5mm and 1–3mm, creating a rich, red finish.

By introducing other aggregates, we can create a completely different look.

🤍 Rio Grande: Red Marble combined with Ivory Marble.
🩶 Houston: Red Marble combined with Galahad Grey.

POOL EDGES — THE DETAIL BEHIND THE FINISH 🏊🏻‍♂️

When installing Resin Bound around a swimming pool, achieving a clean and precise edge is an important part of the installation.

The process starts by defining the perimeter of the pool with the appropriate edge profile, creating a clear boundary for the new surface.

Once the edge is prepared, the Resin Bound mixture is carefully applied around the pool, working up to the profile and following the existing shape and levels of the pool surround.

The material is then hand-trowelled to compact and level the surface, paying particular attention to the edges and transitions.

This allows the finished surface to follow the lines of the pool while creating a clean, consistent and well-defined perimeter.

It may look like a small detail, but around a swimming pool, precision at the edges makes a big difference to the final result. 🪨✨
