Well thats a wrap and ready for the painters. Out with the old wooden frames and in with the new pvc thermal bridged bi-colour units. Wooden effect outside and white inside to make sure from the outside it is aesthetically inkeeping with the rules and regulations of the community. All made good with plaster. Time to put the tools down for a few days and honour my promise to my 2 boys to take them to their first man utd champions league match in madrid. 🙌 a much needed mini break to recharge my mental and physical batteries after working the summer through. 😎🫶

Ceiling up and skimmed and tiles + all the bathroom suite bumped up 8 floors to a penthouse apartment. Ready to start laying tiles tomorrow. Very excited to start putting the final touches on this one. Off to watch my eldest in his first match of the season. 🫶⚽️

Productive week so far, screeds down, slopes formed for shower drain. Waterproofing done and pocket door housing installed and bricked up around. Another couple of coats of waterproofer in the shower to make sure the apartment downstairs stays dry and plastering to do whilst we wait for the tile delivery. All rusted steel barrell water pipes now also changed throughout the entire apartment. Nice to start seeing some real progress on this one 🙌
