Casa Jatziri cobra sentido en el lugar que la acoge, las faldas del , en . Los forjados curvos abrazan la ladera, las rocas forman parte del zócalo, la vegetación trepa y cae sobre la cubierta. No hay línea clara donde termina el terreno y empieza la arquitectura.
De noche, la escala se revela entera. Los forjados flotantes se recortan contra la montaña, la piscina ovalada refleja la luz, el interior se abre sin reservas.

Casa Jatziri finds its meaning in the setting that embraces it: the foothills of , in . The curved floor slabs hug the hillside, the rocks form part of the plinth, and the vegetation climbs up and cascades over the roof. There is no clear line where the land ends and the architecture begins.
At night, the scale is revealed in its entirety. The floating slabs stand out against the mountain, the oval pool reflects the light, and the interior opens up unreservedly.

Entre la costa y el mar, Masset Blanc ha sido proyectada con la intención de superar la idea de que la vivienda, como pieza formal, expresiva y simbólica, sea capaz de definir una identidad orgánica, pragmática y funcional. Consiste en un ejercicio morfológico en el contexto de una arquitectura artesanal, cuya premisa indispensable es actuar en el terreno ofrecido, creando la menor huella e impacto posible.

Situated between the coast and the sea, Masset Blanc has been designed with the aim of transcending the notion that a home, as a formal, expressive and symbolic entity, is capable of defining an organic, pragmatic and functional identity. It constitutes a morphological exercise within the context of artisanal architecture, the essential premise of which is to work within the given site, creating the smallest possible footprint and impact.

◻️ CASA SABINA

Ca Sabina se sitúa en el centro de su parcela como una masa que pertenece al lugar. El hormigón, encofrado en dos texturas distintas, articula una volumetría donde la sombra y el relieve son los únicos ornamentos. La vegetación abraza a la arquitectura para facilitar su integración con el entorno.

Entre el interior y el exterior no hay ruptura, solo una gradación. La terraza se extiende junto a la piscina bajo una pérgola de madera que templa la luz. El jardín, denso y vivo, enmarca la escena sin contenerla.

Al caer la tarde, Ca Sabina muestra otra cara. El hormigón se enfría, la piscina se ilumina, el interior se vuelve visible desde fuera. La misma arquitectura, otra luz, otra lectura.

◻️ SABINA HOUSE

Ca Sabina sits at the centre of its plot like a mass that belongs to the place. Concrete, cast in two distinct textures, articulates a volumetry where shadow and relief are the only ornaments. The vegetation embraces the architecture to ease its integration with the surroundings.

Between inside and outside there is no rupture, only a gradation. The terrace extends alongside the pool beneath a timber pergola that softens the light. The garden, dense and alive, frames the scene without containing it.

As evening falls, Ca Sabina reveals another side. The concrete cools, the pool lights up, the interior becomes visible from outside. The same architecture, another light, another reading.

◻️ CASA RAW

La Casa RAW nace de un profundo ejercicio de integración con la parcela y la topografía natural de la montaña. La vivienda se escalona en cuatro niveles que se integran en el terreno para fundirse con el paisaje circundante, respetando su silueta y carácter natural.

El material esencial que da forma al proyecto es el hormigón, concebido desde una perspectiva de sostenibilidad y autenticidad. Se optó por un hormigón reciclado de baja energía embebida, formulado con áridos procedentes de otras construcciones, logrando una reducción significativa de las emisiones de CO2 en comparación con el hormigón convencional.

Su acabado, en un tono gris natural y sin pigmentos, revela la textura intrínseca del material, ofreciendo una estética brutalista que celebra la esencia de la construcción. Se reivindica así la honestidad del hormigón visto, destacando su belleza desnuda y su capacidad estructural.

◻️ RAW HOUSE

The RAW House is the result of a profound exercise in integration with the plot and the natural topography of the mountain. The house is staggered over four levels that blend into the terrain to merge with the surrounding landscape, respecting its silhouette and natural character.

The essential material that shapes the project is concrete, conceived from a perspective of sustainability and authenticity. Low-embodied-energy recycled concrete was chosen, formulated with aggregates from other constructions, achieving a significant reduction in CO2 emissions compared to conventional concrete.

Its finish, in a natural grey tone without pigments, reveals the intrinsic texture of the material, offering a brutalist aesthetic that celebrates the essence of construction. This highlights the honesty of exposed concrete, emphasising its raw beauty and structural capacity.

◻️ CASA MESSMER

El exterior de la casa ofrece a priori un estilo mediterráneo con detalles en acero oscuro y piedra caliza en mampostería, reflejando la personalidad y origen escandinavo del cliente. Respecto a la materialidad hacemos uso de tres tipos: la piedra, el mortero con base de cal (bactericida y flexible) y con acero imitación textura de forja. La vivienda, equipada con la mejor tecnología, cumple con los estándares Breeam y Well, garantizando eficiencia energética y bienestar.

MESSMER HOUSE

The exterior of the house offers a Mediterranean style with details in dark steel and limestone masonry, reflecting the personality and Scandinavian origin of the client. Regarding the materials, we use three types: stone, lime-based mortar (bactericidal and flexible) and steel imitation forging texture. The house, equipped with the best technology, complies with Breeam and Well standards, ensuring energy efficiency and well-being.

El cliente de este proyecto, con quien hemos trabajado durante años, nos confió el diseño de su nueva vivienda en el mismo terreno de su propiedad actual. Uno de los principales desafíos del proyecto ha sido mantener la distribución de su antigua casa para facilitar la transición y reconstruir la parcela respetando su estado original.

The client for this project, with whom we have worked for many years, entrusted us with the design of their new home on the same plot of land as their current property. One of the main challenges of the project has been to retain the layout of their old house to ease the transition and to rebuild the property whilst respecting its original condition.
