We undertake additional due diligence checks to ensure the paper Title and Tax descriptions are accurate to the physical property, with discrepancies being found up to 80% of the time and is an essential addition to the solicitor’s paperwork. Our advisory approach is tailored to match to individual needs, where we find answers to the questions you don’t know to ask as well as those you do. Our reports are based on ‘ECC’ – finding the Evidence of defects; determining the Cause(s); and suggesting the Cure(s). Our valuation team has a reputation for delivering impartial, accurate and independent current market valuations, complying with strict deadlines and providing a service with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism. All valuation reports are prepared by a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in accordance with internationally accepted standards of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the International Valuation Standards and are reviewed by a second valuer. Our expertise extends across sectors including residential, commercial, leisure and business property valuation. Housing affordability remains under pressure in Málaga.

New data from Idealista suggests families in Málaga province are now spending an average of 58% of household income on rent — the highest level recorded in Spain.

Rental prices reached €17.20/m² in June, with costs particularly high across the Costa del Sol, including Marbella and Estepona. The figures underline the continuing imbalance between housing costs, local incomes and available supply.

🌒 Something special is happening over Malaga this Wednesday.

The solar eclipse on 12 August will see up to 95% of the sun covered across Málaga province, with the best views expected from higher ground and locations with a clear outlook towards the west and north-west.

The eclipse begins from around 7.30pm, reaching its peak at approximately 8.30pm, shortly before sunset.

If you’re planning to watch, remember that certified eclipse glasses are essential throughout the event in Málaga.
