Aurora rises as a defining “North Star” landmark within Bagmane’s Cosmos in East Bangalore.

Designed as an icon and a workplace ecosystem, the building balances expressive massing with disciplined efficiency. From a maximised footprint and optimised floor plates, the volume is fragmented and faceted like a gemstone — carved, cantilevered, and calibrated to create depth, shadow, and skyline presence.

Aurora supports the full spectrum of modern work: focus, collaboration, movement, and pause. It becomes a workplace that accommodates and elevates businesses.

From a vibrant public base to a rooftop sports terrace, explore how the project becomes rooted in human-centric planning and biophilic strategy:

Palma de Mallorca Exhibition Centre is conceived as part of the landscape.

Not an isolated building, but a space that grows from its surroundings: flexible, open and ready to adapt.

A large exhibition hall that can transform, a public plaza that extends activity outdoors, and a Mediterranean landscape that connects architecture and place.

Designed for culture, exchange and long-term sustainability.

SOG design returns to MIPIM | 9–13 March

We will be back in Cannes again for MIPIM, engaging with developers, investors, and city leaders shaping the next phase of global real estate.

As markets evolve, the alignment between design strategy, capital performance, and long-term value becomes increasingly critical. MIPIM provides a focused platform to discuss how architecture can support investment vision and urban ambition.

If you are attending and would like to connect, we welcome the conversation.

Shaping Premium Living in Bangalore

Elara Celestia’s landscape is an extension of the project’s rain tree–inspired architecture. Branching logic guides ground-level gardens, sky courts, and rooftop retreats — creating a cohesive, biophilic environment that supports community living and everyday wellness.

Designed as a strategic response, the landscape mitigates traffic noise, softens adjacent commercial edges, and frames curated views towards parkland and the city skyline. Layered greenery, elevated berms, and fluid pathways transform site constraints into a calm, interconnected residential experience.

From arrival courts and wellness zones to sky gardens and a resort-style rooftop with an infinity pool, the landscape reflects the evolving expectations of high-end gated communities in India’s urban growth corridors.

Construction is currently underway.
