Great work doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when people trust one another enough to share ideas, challenge each other, take risks, and bring their best to the table.

Growing together, designing better!
At Die Stadt, we regularly host internal presentation workshops where team members share their projects, challenge one another’s thinking, and explore different approaches to design. These sessions create an open environment for constructive feedback, fresh perspectives, and continuous learning.

Our team was chosen by the President of Gabon to design a new city for the Gabonese people. By tapping into this country’s huge unused potential we created “Côte Lumière”. A thriving new coastal city to serve as its capital hereafter and enhance the lives of the Gabonese people.

Urban Talks — Easter Edition - DAIMA: PRAIA VIEW, NORTH COAST🐣
Have you ever wondered how urban planners design coastal developments that sit away from the shoreline, on the opposite side of a coastal highway?

At Die Stadt, this was the challenge behind Daima’s “Praia View” project—redefining coastal living beyond the shore.

The constraints were clear: distance from the sea, visual disconnection, and the dominance of infrastructure.
Our response was strategic.

We leveraged grading and land height to maximise sea views across the development—turning a limitation into an asset.
Through a carefully designed clustering system, we created layered internal views—where each cluster overlooks curated amenities and shared experiences.

Lagoons were introduced not as features, but as anchors of coastal living.
Exquisite, sculpted landscaping weaves through the masterplan—connecting clusters, guiding movement, and shaping a continuous summer experience.

All of it designed for one purpose:
Summertime living.

This Easter, we celebrate renewal through design—reimagining how places can feel, connect, and inspire.
