أربعة إطارات رأسية تضبط نسب الواجهة، بنهايات مائلة تمنح خط السماء إيقاعه المميّز، وانحناءة عند القاعدة تُوازن صرامة التكوين.
تتداخل درجات الخشب مع الرمادي العميق والتفاصيل الذهبية، وتندمج الرموز المصرية في فواصل الواجهة لتربط اسم نفرتيتي بهوية المبنى المعاصرة.

Four vertical frames order the façade, their angled crowns defining a distinctive roofline, balanced by the sweep of the base.
Warm timber tones, deep grey and gold detailing form a considered palette, with Egyptian motifs integrated between the bays to give Nefertiti a distinctly contemporary identity.

بجوار SUGAR WORLD و باطلاله بانوراميه علي البحر و مدخل الممشي السياحي الجنوبي

في «RADISON BLUE»، تضبط الكتلة الوسطى ومحاور الشرفات إيقاع الواجهة الفرنسية، وتمنح الأسقف الداكنة تكوينها العلوي حضورًا واضحًا.
وتأتي قوة التصميم من ترابط النسب؛ تتدرّج التفاصيل حول الفتحات وصولًا إلى التاج المركزي، فتُقرأ الواجهة كوحدة متكاملة رغم كثافة زخارفها.

At RADISON BLUE, the central volume and aligned balconies establish the order of the French-inspired façade, crowned by a distinctive dark roofscape.
Its strength lies in the relationship of its proportions: ornament builds around the openings towards the central crown, giving the elevation coherence despite its richness of detail.

ينطلق تصميم «كوثر بوينت» من موقعه عند تقاطع شارعين، بمعالجة تربط الواجهتين وتؤكد الركن بوصفه العنصر الرئيسي في التكوين. تنظّم الإطارات الرأسية إيقاع الشرفات، بينما تربط العناصر الأفقية أجزاء الواجهة، مع تمييز المستوى التجاري عند الشارع عن الطوابق السكنية أعلاه.

The design of Kawser Point responds to its position at the junction of two streets, unifying both façades and establishing the corner as the principal element of the composition. Vertical frames organise the rhythm of the balconies, while horizontal elements provide continuity across the elevations, clearly distinguishing the retail frontage at street level from the residential floors above.
