A landmark civic institution designed to embody the principles of justice through timeless architecture. Defined by balanced proportions, monumental form, and refined detailing, the proposal reflects the dignity, permanence, and authority of one of the nation’s most important public institutions.

The proposal brings together architecture, landscape, and civic space to create an open environment that fosters dialogue, public engagement, and a strong sense of place.
Defined by a clear architectural order and interconnected civic spaces, the design expresses openness, permanence, and the shared aspirations of the African continent.
