Design and Development (D.A.D Consultants) is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team on a full-time basis. Our office is based in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt, with projects across Egypt and the region.
Design Office Positions
1. Senior Technical Design Architect
Experience: 8–14 Years
2. Junior Design Architect
Experience: 2–5 Years
Main Duties
• Collaborate effectively within a dedicated design team.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines throughout the design process.
• Produce architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documentation.
• Review designs for compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Support site teams and conduct site visits as required.
Qualifications
• Strong architectural design and technical documentation skills.
• Experience in large and complex projects; healthcare design experience is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Site Office Positions
3. Senior Site Supervision Engineers (All Disciplines)
Experience: 10–15 Years
4. Site Supervision Engineers (All Disciplines)
Experience: 5–10 Years
5. Junior Site Supervision Engineers (All Disciplines)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Main Duties
• Supervise construction works and monitor daily site activities.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or construction issues.
• Coordinate effectively among clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Witness testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction supervision, project management, or site engineering.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and conduct site meetings.
