الفيزسيكونس فى دائرة التحكم
الفيز سكونس أو الفاز سيكونس ريليه أو جهاز الحماية الرباعية أو جهاز الحماية من نقص الفازات وتغيير الجهد phase sequence relay ---------------------------------
(أولا):-
شرح بالتفصيل عن جهاز الحماية الرباعية (الفيز سكونس).
(1) - إنعكاس الفازات أو (إنقلاب الأطوار).
(2) - سقوط إحدى الفازات أو (فقد أحد الأطوار).
(3) - الحماية من إرتفاع الجهد (الفولت).
(4) - الحماية من إنخفاض الجهد (الفولت).

(ثانيا):-
طريقة توصيل جهاز الحماية الفاز سيكونس:-
(1) - توصيل النقاط (L1,L2,L3) بمصدر كهرباء 3 فاز بالترتيب.
(2) - توصيل نقطة -N- بخط المصدر البارد (النيوترال).
(3) - توصيل النقطة المفتوحة (NO) رقم (3) على التوالي مع ملف (الكويل) الكونتاكتور.
(4) - توصيل النقطة المغلقة (NC) رقم (1) على التوالي مع طرف لمبة إشارة أو جرس تنبيه.
(5) - توصيل النقطة المشتركة (com) رقم (2) مع خط فاز (220V).

(رابعا):-
من أسباب تركيب جهاز الفاز سيكونس:-
إنعكاس الفازات أو (إنقلاب الأطوار):- من المعروف ان انعكاس ترتيب الفيزات الثلاثة او سقوط اى واحدة منهم يؤدى الى مشاكل كثيرة خاصة عند تشغيل المحركات. وإذا حدث إنعكاس فى ترتيب الفيزات نجد أن إتجاه دوران المحرك ينعكس مما يؤدى إلى حدوث بعض الأضرار فى الحمل الذى يديره المحرك.

(خامسا):-
سقوط إحدى الفازات أو (فقد أحد الأطوار): تأثير سقوط فازة على المحرك:-
(1) - فى حالة عمل المحرك :-
إذا حدث سقوط فى إحدى الفازات الثلاث عندما يكون المحرك يعمل فإنه سيستمر فى الدوران و لكنه يسخن ( لأن العزم المتولد قل فلذلك يتم سحب أمبير أعلى لتعويض العزم المطلوب ) وإذا إستمر فى العمل يمكن أن يحترق المحرك إذا لم تكن عليه حماية مناسبة.
(2) - فى حالة توقف المحرك :-
اذا كان المحرك متوقف بمعنى( المحرك لم يكن يعمل). نجد عند تشغيله حدوث صوت ذنه و عدم التمكن من الدوران و أيضا إحتمال إحتراقه. ولذلك فإن بعض دوائر التحكم نجد بها جهاز فيز سيكونس لحمايتها من سقوط فازة من الفازات المغذىة للمحرك أو إنعكاس الفازات من المنبع المغذى أيضا .

(سادسا):-
الحماية من إرتفاع أو إنخفاض الجهد (الفولت):-
(1) - إن الإرتفاع أو الإنخفاض المفاجىء أثناء عمل المحرك في جهد المصدر الكهربي المغذى للمحرك يتسبب فى بعض الأضرار أو إحتراق المحرك بسبب زيادة سرعة المحرك فى حالة الإرتفاع وكذلك يسبب أضرار فى حالة الإنخفاض. .
(2) - لذلك يوجد مفتاح تدريجي على الجهاز لتحديد قيمة أقصى فولتي يسمح الوصول إليها ثم يفصل إذا زاد عنها. كما يوجد مفتاح تدريجي لتحديد قيمة أدنى فولتي يسمح الوصول إليها ثم يفصل إذا قل عنها.

How to connect the Vase Sequence protection device:-
(1) - Connect the points (L1, L2, L3) to a 3-phase power source in order.
(2) - Connect point -N- to the cold source line (neutral).
(3) - Connect the open point (NO) No. (3) in series with the contactor coil.
(4) - Connect the closed point (NC) No. (1) in series with the terminal of a signal lamp or alarm bell.
(5) - Connect the common point (com) No. (2) with the phase line (220V).

(Fourthly):-
Reasons for installing a Vase Sequence device include: Phase reversal or phase reversal: It is known that the reversal of the arrangement of the three phases or the failure of any one of them leads to many problems, especially when operating engines. If there is a reversal in the arrangement of the phases, we find that the direction of rotation of the motor is reversed, which leads to some damage to the load that the motor rotates.

One of the vase falls or (one of the phases is missing):
The effect of a falling vase on the engine:
(1) - If the engine is running:- If a fall occurs in one of the three phases while the motor is running, it will continue to rotate, but it will heat up (because the torque generated is less, so a higher amperage is drawn to compensate for the required torque). If it continues to work, the motor may burn if it is not properly protected.
(2) - In case the engine stops: - If the engine was stopped, meaning (the engine was not running). When it is turned on, we find that it makes a buzzing noise and is unable to rotate, as well as the possibility of it burning. Therefore, some control circuits contain a phase-sequence device to protect them from the fall of a phase from the phases supplied to the motor or the reflection of phases from the power source as well.

(Sixthly):-
Protection against high or low voltage (voltage):-
(1) - A sudden increase or decrease during the operation of the engine in the voltage of the electrical source feeding the engine causes some damage or burning of the engine due to an increase in the speed of the engine in the case of an increase, and it also causes damage in the case of a decrease. .
(2) - Therefore, there is a gradual switch on the device to determine the maximum voltage that is allowed to be reached, and then it disconnects if it exceeds it. There is also a gradual switch to determine the lowest voltage that can be reached, and then disconnects it if it is lower than it.
