Position: Technical Engineer
Work Type: Full-Time (100% Remote)
Experience Level: 3 to 5 Years
TBH is expanding, and we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our dynamic remote team. If you have a strong background in interior design and finishing details and excel at translating concepts into flawless technical drawings, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive and precise technical and working drawings for interior design and finishing projects.
- Collaborate closely with the design and ex*****on teams to ensure all technical specifications meet project standards.
- Review architectural and interior plans, resolving any technical clashes or detailing issues before ex*****on.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications when required.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Engineer, specifically within the architecture, interior design, or finishing sectors.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of finishing materials, ex*****on methods, and construction detailing.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, capable of meeting deadlines independently in a remote work environment, and a proactive team player.
