For this formal family lounge, our design workflow centered on grounding the expansive layout with natural stone textures, custom oak millwork, and strategic ambient illumination:
Monolithic Travertine Feature Wall: A textured, vein-cut travertine stone slab anchors the media center, illuminated by floor-to-ceiling recessed perimeter LED coves that trace the room's vertical volume.

Bespoke Architectural Millwork: Vertical oak slatted detailing effortlessly integrates an illuminated display bookcase and hidden-door millwork, keeping visual clutter completely flush.

Curated Spatial Zoning: A deep-set modular sectional in tactile cream linen forms a clean boundary, complemented by olive velvet accents and an architectural travertine console with cutout timber pillars anchoring the sofa back.

Layered Geometry & Flow: A low-slung, circular solid-oak coffee table and a barrel swivel armchair facilitate circular dialogue flow over polished marble flooring.
