A major hub within Egypt’s high-speed rail network, Ain Sokhna Terminal Station combines transportation infrastructure with integrated passenger and hospitality facilities.
The 280,000 m² development includes Ground, Mezzanine, and First Floor levels, with approximately 30,000 m² per floor, alongside four shaded 420-metre platforms connected through an open central hall.
An 84-room, 5-star hotel is also integrated within the station development, creating a multifunctional transport destination designed to support high-volume movement and long-term connectivity.

Spanning 60 acres, Concord Gardens is an integrated residential development combining 123 luxury villas, landscaped areas, roads and parking, and a dedicated social and entertainment club.
The development includes 87,411 m² of villa built-up area, 24,000 m² of residential landscaping, 78,000 m² of roads and parking, and an 8,000 m² clubhouse with a range of sports and recreational facilities.

Strengthening sanitation infrastructure across Deir Mawas, the Wastewater Treatment Plant at Tnof was developed to serve surrounding communities with reliable wastewater treatment while supporting environmental protection and long-term regional growth.

The project consists of a wastewater treatment plant with an initial capacity of 20,000 m³/day, designed for future expansion to 40,000 m³/day as demand increases. The facility is designed to serve 14 villages, providing comprehensive wastewater treatment infrastructure that supports improved sanitation, public health, and sustainable development across the region.
