DESIGN OFFICE MANAGER

Join Samer Mostafa Architects and lead the creative vision behind exceptional architectural and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team throughout all project phases.
• Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and design narratives.
• Transform client requirements into unique and compelling design solutions.
• Present ideas confidently and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review and direct design output to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate project workflows and mentor junior designers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in architecture and interior design.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptual design skills.
• Proven experience in developing concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Excellent client communication and team leadership abilities.
• Advanced expertise in high-end 3D visualization using 3ds Max and V-Ray.
• Ability to produce photorealistic renders and premium design presentations.
• Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects is a plus.
