A proud milestone for SIAC Construction and Egypt’s infrastructure sector

SIAC Construction is honored that Infrastructure Works for Reclamation of Zones K & L has been named an Egypt National Winner at the 2026 MEED Projects Awards, in the Water Transmission Project of the Year category.

Located along the El Dabaa Corridor, the project forms part of the Future of Egypt Mega Project. Its infrastructure is designed to support the irrigation and reclamation of 400,000 feddans, helping lay the foundation for agricultural development in the New Delta.

The scope brings together pumping stations and extensive water networks, including approximately 732 km of pipelines, alongside civil, electromechanical, road and associated infrastructure works. Delivering a project of this scale calls for close coordination across multiple engineering disciplines and a shared commitment to its long-term purpose.

We are proud to see this work recognized among Egypt’s leading projects. Our sincere thanks go to the Future of Egypt for Sustainable Development Authority, our partners, and every member of the SIAC team whose dedication stands behind this achievement.

SIAC Construction is a leader in special building construction in Egypt. Our landmark in Zewail City is Helmy Building for Medical Sciences.
Our success story took place through challenging successive events.
In May 2017 SIAC was honored with General Kamel El Wazer site visit & encouragement to SIAC team.
In July 2017 SIAC was honored with the respectful charity committee visit to Zewail City at SIAC project (Helmy building).
SIAC building was the best to be chosen among all zewail city buildings to host the charity event due to its high quality & readiness ahead of others back then.
Finally, on the 15th of January, 2018 the president SISI officially opened phase 1 of the City also through SIAC's prestigious building.
Helmy Building is a LEED-certified facility!

SIAC is a leader in construction of Megaprojects in Egypt & region. We are proud of our landmark in Port Ghalib.
The project was a turnkey for the residential complex in addition to full civil works for the external works & landscaping for the hotel area.
Residential Complex works included civil, arch. & MEP works.
In addition to Customs Building & Conferences Center packages 4A, 5, 6, 7 & 9.
Hotels area scope included civil works & landscaping.
The project comprises construction of artificial lakes, swimming pools, hydraulic constructions, landscaping, bridges, towers, roads, parking areas, and tennis & volleyball courts.

With a remarkable experience in Steel factories construction, -6 executed steel plants by SIAC- our landmark in Suez is Suez Steel Plant.
Turnkey design & build of a steel plant. Works include civil works, finishing works and electro-mechanical installations for steel casting plant to produce steel billets.
The project includes also the construction of the plant electrical substation and infrastructure networks.
