Position: Renewable Energy Engineer
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Senior Engineers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
Technical Skills
Applicants should have experience in the design, analysis, and optimization of utility-scale and commercial Solar PV systems, including:
• PV system design and energy yield assessment.
• PV module, inverter, and equipment selection.
• Preparation of single-line diagrams (SLD), layout drawings, and electrical design.
• Cable sizing, voltage drop, and protection coordination.
• Familiarity with grid connection requirements and applicable IEC/IEEE standards.
• Preparation of technical reports, BOQs, specifications, and design documentation.
• Knowledge of DC/AC systems, earthing, lightning protection, and SCADA systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of EPC project lifecycle and engineering documentation.
Personal Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
