We are looking for an experienced Production Foreman to join our team for a shipbuilding project in Germany.

If you have strong marine welding experience and proven leadership skills, we would like to hear from you!

🔧 Main Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Supervise and coordinate a team of welders
•⁠ ⁠Organize daily welding activities and distribute tasks
•⁠ ⁠Ensure welding work is performed according to drawings, welding procedures, and project requirements
•⁠ ⁠Read and interpret technical drawings and welding documentation
•⁠ ⁠Monitor work progress and ensure production schedules are met
•⁠ ⁠Control the quality and workmanship of welding activities
•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with shipyard safety and quality standards
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other shipyard teams
•⁠ ⁠Handle technical and organizational issues on site

👷 Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welding Foreman / Welding Supervisor in shipbuilding or ship repair projects
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of marine welding and shipyard production processes
•⁠ ⁠Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience leading and coordinating a team of welders
•⁠ ⁠Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills
•⁠ ⁠Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
•⁠ ⁠Good written and spoken German/English is mandatory
