Iglucraft is returning to Glamping Show Americas this September, for the second year running.

This time we're showing up bigger than before, with three products on the floor. Alongside our Single Iglusauna and our best selling Model 4 Panorama Cabin, we're launching the Double Panoramic Sauna in the US for the first time. A spacious sauna room paired with its own relaxation area, framed by wide panoramic views. All three arrive in Hazel, a warm natural finish.

If you're building or growing an outdoor hospitality site, this is your chance to step inside the structures yourself and talk through what a sauna or cabin could look like on your own land.

Most manufacturers can build you one beautiful cabin.

Building eight of them, identical, on schedule, without the quality dropping on unit number seven, is an entirely different challenge.

When Waresley Park Estate placed their order for eight Model 4 Panorama cabins, they knew handcraft and scale could coexist. Here's what made it work:

▪️Consistency across every unit. Each cabin comes out identical, regardless of order size. There's no visible drift between the first and the last.

▪️One supplier, one responsibility. A single order, a single production line, and a single point of contact, instead of coordinating multiple contractors and timelines.

▪️A fixed, predictable budget. The price is set at order time, without the cost creep that typically comes with on-site builds.

▪️A repeatable specification for future growth. If the first batch performs well, ordering more later means repeating the design, not rebuilding the process from scratch.

▪️Handcraft that holds up at volume. Thousands of shingles are placed by hand per cabin, and even across an order of eight, that level of detail didn't drop.

Some sites sit so high on a mountain that no truck can reach them.

This Iglusauna was delivered by helicopter to Hotel Fafleralp in Blatten, in Switzerland’s Lötschental valley — 1,789 metres above sea level.

When the only way in is by air, the logistics become part of the installation.

And projects like this are not the exception for us. They’re part of what we do. Our clients choose a place for how it feels, not for how easy it is to reach. Our job is to find a way to bring their vision to life.

Sometimes, that means arriving by helicopter.

Why does each of our whisks come with its own linen bag, rather than a simple instruction to soak it in water?

Because a bucket of water is too fast and too uneven for what a dried whisk actually needs. Placed straight in, the outer leaves absorb water quickly while the centre stays dry. The whisk becomes heavy, loses its airy shape, and releases much of its fragrance into the water long before it ever reaches the sauna.

The linen bag changes that. Moistened evenly with warm water and left to rest while the sauna heats, it lets moisture reach the leaves slowly and evenly, softening them fully without soaking them through.

What this means in practice: a whisk that stays full and light, leaves that stay attached rather than falling away.

Birch has never been the only wood used this way. Oak and linden whisks both belong to the same old tradition.
