Desde PROCIGAR reconocemos la importante labor de la Procuraduría General de la República y el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Mipymes (MICM) en el fortalecimiento de las acciones contra el comercio ilícito, la falsificación y el contrabando.

La coordinación entre las instituciones públicas y el sector privado es fundamental para proteger a los consumidores, respaldar a las empresas que operan conforme a la ley y preservar la confianza en los productos dominicanos.

Como destacó nuestro presidente, Ciro Cascella, la falsificación no solo afecta a las marcas, sino también a la reputación de toda una industria, construida durante generaciones a través de la tradición, el conocimiento y la excelencia artesanal.

What a week at InterTabac 2026! 🍂🇩🇴

The Dominican premium cigar industry was proud to once again be part of one of the world’s leading to***co trade shows in Dortmund, Germany.

From September 15–17, we connected with industry professionals, welcomed visitors at the PROCIGAR booth, and shared the craftsmanship and tradition behind Dominican premium ci**rs.

We also had the opportunity to introduce the PROCIGAR Festival 2027 and invite visitors to experience it in the Dominican Republic next February.
