what used to be an old smoking bar is now a warm, modern café.
“over the past months, we rebuilt almost everything ourselves — walls, floors, interior, planning, bureaucracy, and countless small decisions along the way. some things worked immediately, others definitely didn’t.
the biggest challenge? the floor.
we poured it, tore it out, did it again… and then once more. a lot of sweat, frustration and long evenings went into getting it right.
but somewhere between old window frames, stainless steel details, warm wood surfaces and orange tones, everything slowly came together into exactly the atmosphere we had imagined.
and despite all the chaos of renovation, we can still look each other in the eyes — which honestly might be the biggest success of all.”
