Barrel sauna or cube sauna, and does it actually matter which one you pick? 🔥

A barrel sauna holds an even heat from floor to ceiling. Steady warmth that works every time.

A cube sauna gives you more room to stretch out and lets you set your own intensity, stay low for something gentler or move up if you want real heat.

Both get you to the same place, just a different route there. Which side are you on, barrel or cube?

Imagine using your own wellness during fall 🍁
A fresh breeze outside, while you enjoy the warm water of the hot tub, or the heat from the sauna 🧖🏽

Your electric hot tub doesn’t have to be an energy drain 👀

A few small habits make a bigger difference than you’d think: a good insulated cover, lowering the temperature when you’re not using it, and heating back up only a few hours before you get in.

Save this for the next time someone tells you a hot tub is “too expensive to run” 🌿

Your backyard becomes your favourite place, and somehow also the hardest one to leave 😅

Every clip here is a real Welvaere garden. Different styles, different climates, same result: people staying outside a little longer than they planned to.

Save this for the next time you need a reason to finally start that garden project 🌿

Your hormones are working hard, especially in your 40s and 50s. Sauna isn’t a luxury for this chapter of life, it’s a tool.

Science backs it. Women who use it feel the difference.

If you’ve been thinking about adding a sauna to your home, this is your sign.

Take a look at these amazing wellness gardens 🌿
And the best part is: this could be your own backyard 💚

Bad news for my wallet because I just discovered I can have this in my own garden 😅

Every one of these is a real Welvaere garden, people who decided their backyard deserved a little more quality time.

Which garden would you steal first? 👀
