Wir haben gleich zwei Schienenverbinder optimiert. Das bedeutet: weniger Teile, schnellere Montage und mehr Funktionen.

Der SingleRail 36/50 Connector und Dome 6 Xpress Connector lassen sich werkzeugfrei einklicken, verfügen über einen integrierten Potentialausgleich und sind gleichzeitig blitzstromtragfähig.

Die Schienenverbinder sind bereits verfügbar und werden bei der Planung in K2 Base automatisch hinzugefügt.

Connecting Strength x 2 💪💪

We’ve improved not one, but two rail connectors. This means fewer components, faster installation, and added functionality.

SingleRail 36/50 Connector and Dome 6 Xpress Connector can be installed completely tool-free. They also feature an integrated equipotential bonding and are capable of withstanding lightning currents.

The rail connectors are available now and are automatically added during planning in K2 Base.

The world's longest gondola lift is now powered by PV, and supported by K2 Dome 6.

The PV installation was built on the premises of the Zlatibor Gold Gondola in Serbia. Stretching nine kilometers, it holds the record as the world's longest gondola lift. It connects the heart of Zlatibor's town center directly to the Tornik ski resort, home to the region's highest peak at 1,496 meters above sea level.

The key challenge of this project was the high snow loads at the site. To meet these requirements, the K2 D-Dome 6 Classic LS system was selected. Since the system clamps the modules on their long side, it is particularly well suited to withstand high loads.

50 kWp Solarstrom für eine Schule in Bad Mergentheim
Schrägdach-PV mal anders: Im Zuge der Sanierung des Bitumendachs mit 14° Neigung wurden ABS UniMount Montagestempel integriert. Über L-Adapter wurde die K2 SingleRail 50 als Basisschiene angebunden. Als zweite Schienenlage und Modultragschiene kam die K2 SingleRail 63 zum Einsatz.
So entstand eine Montagelösung mit sicherer Anbindung und gleichzeitig vorteilhafter Hinterlüftung der Module.

50 kWp of solar power for a school in German Bad Mergentheim
A different approach to pitched-roof PV: as part of the refurbishment of a 14° bitumen roof, ABS UniMount roof anchors were integrated into the roof structure. The K2 SingleRail 50 was connected as the base rail using L adapters, while the K2 SingleRail 63 was used as the second rail layer and module support rail.
The result is a mounting solution that provides a secure roof connection while ensuring beneficial rear ventilation of the modules.

Im schweizerischen Aclens nimmt auf dem Logistikzentrum und Parkhaus von Denner derzeit eine beeindruckende PV-Anlage Gestalt an. Mit einer Leistung von 3,4 MW wird sie künftig einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Energieversorgung leisten.

Mit an Bord: unser K2 GreenRoof 2.0 System. Dank vormontierter Supports und einer reduzierten Komponentenanzahl beschleunigt es die Installation auf dem Gründach erheblich. Ein klarer Vorteil besonders bei Projekten dieser Größenordnung, bei denen jeder eingesparte Montageschritt zählt.

At Denner's logistics center and parking garage in Aclens, Switzerland, an impressive solar project is currently taking shape. With a total capacity of 3.4 MW, the system will make a significant contribution to the site's future energy supply.

Also part of the project: our K2 GreenRoof 2.0 System. Thanks to pre-assembled supports and a reduced number of components, installation on green roofs is considerably faster. A clear advantage, especially for projects of this scale, where every saved installation step matters.

Rae vald, Estonia. One building, one mission: unlocking every available square meter for solar. Solar4you - Pane päike raha teenima turned that mission into reality with a PV installation featuring 176 kWp on the facade and 207 kWp on the flat roof.

To meet the requirements of the different surfaces, several K2 systems were used:
- K2 WallPV CarrierRail on the sandwich panel facade
- K2 WallPV MultiRail on the facade's steel beam structure
- K2 S-Dome 6.15 on the flat roof

A strong example of how the right combination of mounting systems helps maximizing solar generation.

Es ist immer ein besonderer Moment, wenn ein Projekt Gestalt annimmt. Und umso mehr, wenn es sich dabei um einen solchen Meilenstein handelt. Im brandenburgischen Gutengermendorf entsteht aktuell Großes: eine 22-MW-Freiflächenanlage mit unserem K2 Pi-Rack System.
