We are the inventor and manufacturer of the worldwide first and only ergonomic pallet strapping system with the ChainLance. Our system guides plastic strap around pallets without the need to bend and without having to go aroud the pallet. The ErgoPack E-conomy Line is the first machine in our product portfolio to operate with a battery, enabling up to 400 strappings with a single charge. 🔋💡

For maximum ease of use, the machine is equipped with ergonomically designed handles and a self locking bolt. The chain length can be individually adjusted to different pallet sizes from 0.7 to 2.4 m, ensuring comfortable and efficient operation.

Using the intuitive joystick, the chain is guided effortlessly underneath the pallet and automatically brings the strap back to the operator. 📦 The strap can then be securely sealed using the welding tool, which is conveniently attached via the Tool Lift.

Another highlight is the integrated Strap Lifter. It lifts the strap from below and reduces repeated bending, significantly improving workplace ergonomics.

The practical storage box also provides space for work materials such as gloves, safety glasses, and protective equipment 🧤🦺. Excess strap material can be removed safely and easily with the Safety Cutter.

Unsere erste Aktion, mit der wir im Jubiläumsjahr von ErgoPack etwas zurückgeben möchten, ist gestartet. 🎉

Im Rahmen unseres 25-jährigen Jubiläums haben wir 25 Lebensmittelkisten an die Tafel in Dillingen gespendet. Mit dieser Aktion möchten wir Menschen in der Region unterstützen und einen kleinen Beitrag dazu leisten – genau dort, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird. Genauso wie unsere ErgoPack Lösungen: Seit über 25 Jahren entlasten sie Menschen, schützen ihre Gesundheit und sorgen für sicherere Arbeitsprozesse in der Logistik. 📦

Die Lebensmittelkisten wurden mit haltbaren Lebensmitteln und Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs gefüllt und an die Tafel übergeben. Für uns war schnell klar, dass wir unser Jubiläumsjahr nutzen möchten, um gemeinsam soziale Projekte in der Region zu unterstützen. 🤝

Diese Spende ist der Auftakt von insgesamt 12 Aktionen, die wir über die nächsten Monate hinweg umsetzen möchten. ✨

The ErgoPack 700 stands out with its ergonomic and user-friendly design. 💡

Using the crank, the chain is guided underneath the pallet and brings the strap back over the load to the operator. 📦 The strap can then be securely sealed using a welding tool. The integrated Strap Lifter lifts the strap from below, eliminating repeated bending and significantly improving ergonomics.

In addition, the practical storage box provides space for work materials such as gloves, safety glasses, or the welding tool. 🧤🦺 The Safety Cutter allows excess strap material to be cut safely and easily.

Aus der Gesellschaft für die Gesellschaft!
Zum 25-jährigen Jubiläum von ErgoPack möchten wir nicht nur feiern, sondern vor allem etwas zurückgeben. 🎉

Seit 25 Jahren stehen hinter unserem Erfolg vor allem Menschen: Mitarbeitende, Partner, Kunden und unsere Region. Gestartet in Höchstädt und seit unserem Umzug im Jahr 2010 in Lauingen zuhause, fühlen wir uns der Region und den Menschen vor Ort eng verbunden. Genau deshalb möchten wir in unserem Jubiläumsjahr dort helfen, wo Unterstützung direkt ankommt. 🤝

Mit 12 Aktionen engagieren wir uns jeden Monat für unterschiedliche Projekte und Einrichtungen in Lauingen und der Umgebung. Ob soziale Initiativen, Vereine, regionale Projekte oder gemeinsame Aktionen für den guten Zweck, wir möchten Verantwortung übernehmen und der Region etwas zurückgeben, die uns seit vielen Jahren begleitet und geprägt hat. 🌍

Für uns bedeutet Erfolg nicht nur wirtschaftliches Wachstum, sondern auch Zusammenhalt, Wertschätzung und Engagement für die Menschen vor Ort.

7 days at interpack Düsseldorf are behind us and we had the pleasure of welcoming many visitors and partners to our booth during our 25 year anniversary. 🎉

The exhibition was a great success for us and we would like to sincerely thank everyone who stopped by our booth. We are proud to help create ergonomic, easy and efficient workplaces in logistics together with our customers and partners while also protecting the health of employees. 💪📦

Alongside many interesting conversations during the exhibition, we were also delighted to welcome our dealers and partners from all over the world to our booth on Tuesday. 🌍🤝
The highlight was a shared dinner at the Uerige in Düsseldorf where we celebrated our 25 year anniversary together. 🥂

Many of our partners have been with us for decades and have become an important part of the ErgoPack family. That is why meetings like these are not only about exchanging information and knowledge, they truly feel like a family reunion where everyone comes together, shares the same goals and creates unforgettable memories ✨
