Riverway City is a new mixed-use urban quarter currently in planning for Kashar, west of Tirana’s city centre. With an area of 5.7 hectares, the development is comparable in size to the urban fabric surrounding Tirana’s historic Skanderbeg Square. Designed for more than 3,000 residents, the project combines housing, workplaces, hospitality, retail, and a network of shared public spaces.

The project is structured around a sequence of shared urban rooms: riverfront promenades along the Lana River, generous courtyards, neighbourhood gardens, and pedestrian passages that encourage everyday encounters and community life.

The project model will be on display during Bread & Heart Festival in Tirana from 3–5 June 2026.

Twelve years after completing our first reuse project, we revisited Munich Re. Looking back at the project today, it feels more relevant than ever: transforming what already exists instead of demolishing and rebuilding.

Telekom Site, Constance

An adaptive reuse project transforming the former Telekom high-rise in Constance into contemporary housing, reconnecting the building with the city while preserving its existing structure and embodied energy. By retaining 93% of the original structure, the project gives the building a second life and demonstrates how transformation instead of demolition can create sustainable, generous, and contemporary living spaces through urban repair, materiality, and new forms of living.

Hager Campus, Obernai FR | On the building site

While some parts of the campus have long been completed and are already in use, others are still taking shape on site.

The development of the Hager Campus in Obernai spans several buildings and different construction phases.

Step by step, the spaces evolve through the interplay of structural work, materials and light and with them, the spatial identity of the campus.

In our projects, the interior is an integral part of the architecture.

At the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences in Rostock, the sculptural wooden staircase unites the floors into a spatial continuum. Movement and repose intertwine, whilst the space remains both legible and open.
