No shortcuts. This café floor might look simple but behind that sleek finish is a complex process: Primer, membrane, reinforcement, epoxy layers, color, and a final protective coat. Each step done with care, using Silka’s high-performance system made for commercial use. The result? A floor that’s tough, smooth, and built to handle coffee spills and customer flow without breaking a sweat. Craftsmanship you don’t notice at first glance but that makes all the difference

A complex Altbau renovation where nothing was straightforward.
We cleared over 20 tons of construction waste, opened hidden spaces, installed completely new electrical and plumbing systems, and modernized the heating while keeping the character of the building alive.

Original wooden floors were restored, all walls and ceilings rebuilt, and the old windows and doors refurbished.
A challenging project, but the result is a modern, functional living space with authentic Altbau charm.
