Aby cenné budovy nemizely a nové budovy nevypadaly jedna jak
o druhá. Výrazná část naší architektonické a projekční činnosti je zaměřena na péči o památkové objekty. Za dobu své existence v ateliéru jsme jich restaurovali více než 200. Jsme specialisté na restaurování památkových staveb v mezinárodním standardu BIM (Building Information Management). Zakládáme si na své cti, spolehlivosti a ochotě. Profesionální prací a individuálním přístupem usilujeme o spokojenost svého klienta. Na nejvyšší možné úrovni se snažíme propojovat jeho požadavky, invenci při tvůrčí činnosti a technické možnosti pro realizaci projektů. Dnes zaměstnáváme ke třicítce stálých členů týmu a rozsáhlý okruh externistů. We are an experienced studio that has been operating on the market since 1996. We renovate, design and build places and buildings with a unique character. We pride ourselves on our reliability and willingness to perform to the highest standards, with our main aim being to satisfy our clients‘ needs through our professionalism and individual approach with each client. At the highest level we attempt to combine the requirements of the client, inventivness in our creative works, and technical solutions for each project implementation. Over the years our studio has managed to successfully oversee significant expansion and stabilization. These days our studio is comprised of 15 permanent team members combined with an extensive range of external consultants. With the benefit of our comprehensive team, and thanks to our vast experience and perseverance, we are capable of participating in the most challenging projects of various scopes. The studio focuses primarily on the arrangement of complex services for the client, from co-operation during the development phase, all necessary surveys (carried out by our own team of in-house experts), feasibility study of the project and economic analysis, through the design phase, to consulting, problem solving, report processing and in some cases we also provide project implementation. The core of the studio, however, is our design work, with related services outsourced to reputable and reliable associates. The flexibility and wide range of scope provided by the studio is based on an effective structure, that relies on a young and experienced team of people working in the various areas of design, technical supervision, model-making and project management. Projects involving Masák & Partner are characterized by discovering new and unconventional solutions and techniques, but always with the emphasis on the fact that architecture is not just an end but a means.
